You really aught to explain to folks that this is the little brother from south park, and his name happens to be Ike. You always thought the top of his head bouncing up and down was a funny way to show his babytalk. I'm guessing our folks don't watch the South Park.
Sorry, you're right about that. For those of you who do not watch South Park, the rather raunchy cartoon, Ike is Kyle's little brother. He just bops around babbling baby speak while his head bobs up and down. It's pretty cute.
